Our Founder's Story
As a lifelong animal enthusiast, Joyful Pets founder Lauren McCarron always felt a deep calling to serve animals in need and their devoted pet parents. After successfully selling her first business, Lauren used the proceeds to establish an animal rescue organization in Western Massachusetts. However, as she immersed herself in the world of animal shelters, she witnessed the myriad challenges and difficulties faced by animals, pet parents, and prospective adopters. It was at this moment that she realized the need for a more compassionate and efficient approach, and she took action!
